Benefit Service Coordinator
Nichole attended Kankakee Community College for two years while studying Business/Marketing & Management.
Prior to joining Weiner Insurance, Nichole spent the previous 13 years in customer service and management for a national health insurance company. She has a deep understanding of customer service and her background included working with her staff on the day-to-day operations, peers, and internal and external clients and vendors. Nichole is dedicated to our clients in assuring their customer experience is nothing less than exceptional. She has completed 3 levels of Performance Based Leadership training, Front Line Manager Training, and is a Six Sigma Yellow Belt. In addition, she is certified in Successful Customer Relationships.
Nichole is a certified Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer and enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons.
